We are seeking an Impact and Knowledge Officer (Consultant) to join our team and play a crucial role in leading the short-term implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) tools.
This remote role offers an exciting opportunity for a self-directed professional to review existing tools, identify gaps, and design or refine instruments to ensure they are fit for purpose. The successful candidate will produce key outputs, including stakeholder and Hub feedback tools, testimonial capture guides, an Indicator-to-Tool Matrix, a consolidated MEL toolkit, internal training sessions, and a policy-oriented brief on Cityzens’ contribution to decision-making.
